Production Process

CDVs are produced from various human cells by a systematic extrusion and purification process. Currently, CDVs produced from a streamlined manufacturing process are being used to support diverse discovery and preclinical studies by both domestic and global partners. 

CDVs produced via Extrusion technology:

• Can be applied to a variety of cells without limitations (biocompatible)
• Efficient way to produce a large quantity of nanovesicles
• Easily scalable (large-scale extrusion method developed)

2015: Small (1 ml)  →  2019: Intermediate (<1 L)  →  2022: Large (~50 L)
